Document Drop-Off and Posting Instructions

If your documents arereceived within the specified timeframes below, they will belegalised (apostilled) within 24 hours(i.e., the next working day). Once processed, your documents will be:

• Ready for collection the next working day after 4:30 pm from the same location where you dropped them off,

  
  

  or

• Posted the next working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1 pm with a tracking number, if sent by post.

To ensure your documents are processed within the desired timeframe:

In-person drop-off:

Please bring your documents to any of our drop-off locations by 10:30 am, except at the Canary Wharf office, where documents must be received by 10:00 am.

By post:

Alternatively, send your documents via Royal Mail Special Delivery to our Milton Keynes office, ensuring they arrive by 12:30 pm.

Important Notes

• The stated processing time refers only to the apostille service by the FCDO. It does not include additional time required for:

  • Postal delivery

  • Further certification by a UK Solicitor or Notary Public

  • Rejections or delays beyond our control

• Please check in advance whether your document requires certification by a UK Solicitor or Notary Public. If you're unsure, our team will be happy to advise you.

• If your documents do require solicitor or notary certification, they must be delivered to our Fox Court office for processing.
