We provide transparent and competitive notarial fees designed around your specific requirements. Premium services are also available where required.
Competitive Rates

Notaries are qualified lawyers specialising in cross-border commercial and property transactions. A typical notarial appointment lasts around 20-minutes. Our fees are calculated accordingly.

Our standard fee for commercial and property related documents is £175 per document. The fee is inclusive of document reviews before the appointment, notarisation time, and record-keeping. Discounts may be offered for bulk documents.

Our standard fee for notarising all other personal documents is £150. The fee is inclusive of document reviews before the appointment, notarisation time, and record-keeping. Discounts may be offered for bulk documents.

Remote notarisation and Hague apostille services via video calls may also be possible. Please contact us for a quote.

Notary certified copies of documents are charged at a fixed fee of £75 per document.

Oaths, Affidavits, and Statutory Declarations for use within the UK are charged at a fixed fee of £85.

Oaths, Affidavits, and Statutory Declarations for use in another country are charged at a fixed fee of £150.

Should your requirements change between the booking and the appointment, we’ll agree on any revised fee in advance.

Discounts may apply for bulk document requests. Please use the ‘request a quote’ button and we shall endeavour to get back to you within an hour.

Complex or specialised notarisations will be billed at the notary’s hourly rate of £450, which we’ll confirm before proceeding.

Mobile notary services are available within Central London, i.e. the notary comes to your premises. There may be an additional fee for this service. Please contact us to receive a fixed-fee quote.

Evening and weekend appointments are available. There may be an additional fee for this service. Please contact us to receive a fixed-fee quote.

Disbursements

Any third-party charges (e.g., translators, consular fees, Hague apostille from FCDO, courier and postal charges) will be passed through to you without markup.
