How your apostille works
e-Apostille
- Request your e-Apostille online.
- Email a scan of your document as a PDF to team@internationalnotary.co.uk. Put your name in the subject line.
- We arrange the electronic signing by the notary and the e-Apostille from the FCDO.
- We email you the e-Apostille.
This does not cover birth, death, marriage, civil partnership or adoption certificates, ACRO police certificates or DBS certificates. Those go by the paper route.
Paper Apostille
- Order and pay online.
- Post the original document to Fox Court, 14 Gray's Inn Road, Holborn, London WC1X 8HN. Include your order number and a phone number.
- If you ordered notarisation, we notarise the document first. We then arrange the Apostille from the FCDO.
- Collect your apostilled document from our office free of charge. Or we can send it to you by Royal Mail or courier. Additional charges apply for Royal Mail and courier.
Notarisation plus apostille
After you pay, email a scan of your document to team@internationalnotary.co.uk. We then email you to agree a time for your notarisation by Zoom. Have your original document, valid photo ID and proof of address from the last 3 months ready.
Payment
You pay the full amount online at checkout. Your total, with VAT, is shown before you pay.
