How a remote appointment works

1

Send your documents

Email scans so the notary can review them first.

2

Request an appointment

Send the request form and we confirm a slot by email. A £50 deposit secures your remote appointment, details sent when we confirm.

3

Meet the notary remotely

Show your original documents and photo ID on camera.

4

Receive your notarised document

Sent with your apostille by courier, or as an e-Apostille where accepted.

We act for clients across England and Wales, and for people living overseas who need documents notarised for use in England and Wales or internationally.
