Companies House now requires all UK company directors and persons with significant control (PSCs) to verify their identity. Our London notary public can complete the verification at our Chancery Lane WC1 office, certifying your identity document to satisfy the Companies House requirement. Please bring valid photographic ID. Same-day appointments are available.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit of £50 as the cancellation fee
