Service Description
Our London notary public witnesses and certifies Land Registry identity verification forms ID1, ID2, ID3, and ID5 — required when a seller, buyer, or mortgagor cannot attend the conveyancing solicitor's office in person. Appointments are available at our Chancery Lane WC1 office. A £75 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable on the day.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit of £50 as the cancellation fee
