What happens to your document
Deliver your original document to our office by 9am: Staple Inn Notaries, Fox Court, 14 Gray's Inn Road, Holborn, London WC1X 8HN.
We review your document and, where required, arrange notarisation before submission.
We submit your document to the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) on a priority basis.
The FCDO applies the Hague Apostille, usually by the next working day.
Your apostilled document is returned to you by courier or made available for collection.

You do not need to visit our office. Clients across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and overseas use our urgent apostille service. For the next working day service, please arrange delivery to our office by 9am on the day of submission.

The turnaround refers to the FCDO apostille service only. It does not include time for postal delivery, notarisation (if required), or any rejections or delays beyond our control.
