What happens to your document
Post or courier your original document to our office at Staple Inn Notaries, Fox Court, 14 Gray's Inn Road, Holborn, London WC1X 8HN.
We review your document and, where required, arrange notarisation before submission.
We submit your document to the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) for the apostille stamp.
The FCDO applies the Hague Apostille, usually within 3 working days.
Your apostilled document is returned to you by courier or made available for collection.

The 3 working day turnaround refers to the FCDO apostille service only. It does not include time for postal delivery, notarisation (if required), or any rejections or delays beyond our control.
