A visiting Notary in Central London

Our mobile service is for clients based within Central London who need an in-person appointment at their address. It is not available outside Central London. If you are based elsewhere, you can request an in-person appointment at our Holborn office or ask whether your document is suitable for remote notarisation.

A mobile request is not a confirmed appointment. We check the document details, address and timing before confirming a suitable appointment. Calling or submitting a request does not guarantee that a particular time is available.

Request a mobile appointment

Use the appointment request form and select "Mobile Notary, Central London". Include the address for the visit, the document type, the country where the document will be used and your preferred date and time. The team confirms the appointment by email during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

We need at least 2 hours' notice. The Notary reviews the documents in advance, so email scanned copies to team@internationalnotary.co.uk before the appointment.

Prepare for the appointment

Have the original documents, valid photo ID and proof of address from the last 3 months ready. The Notary reviews the scans before the appointment and confirms whether the proposed service is suitable. Requirements depend on the document and its intended use. If you need an apostille or embassy legalisation, tell the team the country where the document will be used so the next step can be checked.
